The new left-wing party will not be led by Corbyn and Sultana.
Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana's new left-wing party has decided against having a single leader.
Voters chose a panel of members to run the party during its founding conference in Liverpool, averting a potentially explosive leadership contest between Sultana and Corbyn.
Just days after a number of members were expelled for being members of the Socialist Workers Party, the party also unanimously supported measures to permit members to stay in other left-wing organisations.
On Sunday night, it will reveal its identity, putting an end to months of conjecture.
As the convention comes to an end, Corbyn will announce the outcome of a vote in which participants selected Your Party, Our Party, Popular Alliance, and For The Many.
The new leadership approach "shows that we really are doing politics differently - from the bottom up, not the top down," according to a party official.
"In Westminster we have a professional political class increasingly disconnected from ordinary people, serving corporations and billionaires instead of the communities they are supposed to represent," the representative continued.
Instead of having a single leader, the party will be run by a Central Executive Committee (CEC) consisting of sixteen non-politicians selected by members.
Only 51% of members supported the decision, which sparked the leadership contest between Corbyn and Sultana that many had anticipated.
Many of the divisions that have clouded the party's beginnings could have been reopened by a contest between its two most prominent figures.
Sultana has fought with party officials on numerous occasions since founding the party in a surprise announcement in July.
Additionally, MPs Adnan Hussain and Iqbal Mohamed quit the group in charge of the initiative less than a month before its formation conference, claiming a "toxic culture" that was especially hostile to Muslim men.
Before departing, Hussain and Mohamed signed a letter denouncing Sultana for not transferring an estimated £800,000 in Your Party donations that were held by a business under her control.
Sultana promised to pay the remaining funds "as soon as possible, as the legal details are ironed out" after transferring £600,000.
Sultana protested the expulsion of several members who had continued to be members of other left-wing organisations, like the Socialist Workers Party, by skipping the party's conference opening day.
Sultana's favoured option of permitting members to have dual membership in the future was overwhelmingly adopted by the new conference on Sunday.
In addition to supervising the party's strategy, personnel, and resources, the CEC will have the authority to reject organisations that are thought to be at conflict with Your Party's ideals.
The CEC will be able to direct MPs to vote in accordance with party doctrine on important matters under a "democratic whip" system, but local branches will determine any penalties for disobeying the whip.
The Independent Alliance of MPs, which consists of Corbyn, Ayoub Khan, and Shockat Adam, will supervise the selection of candidates for the upcoming local election under the new constitution, in conjunction with a members' oversight committee composed of members chosen at random.
Sultana's involvement in the selection process is unknown.
