A woman from Texas who was accused of killing her 3-year-old daughter was caught in Mexico after being missing for almost 30 years. The search began when she went missing before she could be tried for capital murder in 1997.
The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office said that Maria Narez, 48, was arrested on Saturday after police from around the world worked together.
It was in 1996 that Narez was arrested in Tarrant County for the death of her 3-year-old daughter Kasandra L. White.
